Restoring a backup
pkHouse has always backed up a save when you open it. Until now, putting one back meant a save manager such as JKSV or Checkpoint. Now it is one button.
- Y on a game in the game selector lists that save's backups, newest first
- Works for every game pkHouse supports
- Available in title override mode, with a profile chosen, as the rest of the save features
A new theme: pkHome
- 2.0.0 kept the Theme setting so that new themes could be added. The first one is here.
- L / R in the About screen switches theme, from wherever you opened it
- Left / Right on the Theme row of the menu (+) still works too
- The screen redraws in the new theme straight away, and the choice is saved
FireRed / LeafGreen
- The top bar now shows your trainer name and ID for FireRed / LeafGreen saves, as it already did for the other games
- Unown now shows its letter. Gen 3 has no form field: the letter comes from the PID, and pkHouse now reads it from there, so each Unown gets its own sprite instead of all showing as "A". Its cards carry the right letter too
Fixes
- A damaged Legends: Z-A, Scarlet / Violet, Sword / Shield or Legends: Arceus save could crash pkHouse while being read. It is now refused instead. Valid saves are read exactly as before
- The top bar on the boxes screen sits at the same height as on the game selector
- Box overview (ZL / ZR): a shiny alpha used to show as a plain shiny. It now has its own colour, violet, and its own entry in the hints in Legends: Arceus and Legends: Z-A
- Longer warnings in confirmation dialogs are no longer cut off
