Release 13.2.1

This release adds new TFs:

  • AndBool: takes n boolean inputs and generates a boolean output that is true if all the inputs are true
  • AndAlarm: takes n alarm inputs and generates an alarm that is set if all the alarms in input are set
  • OrBool: takes n boolean inputs and generates a boolean output that is true if at least one of the inputs is true
  • OrAlarm: takes n alarm inputs and generates an alarm that is set if at least one of the alarms in input is set
  • MinMaxThresholdBool: like the existing MinMaxThreshold but produces a boolean instead of an alarm
