This release improves the alarm table GUI with a first implementation of the shelving of alarms and the possibility to define alarms that do not require acknowledgment by the users.

Known issues
- Acknowledging of alarms with
iasAckAlarmrandomly fails with a timeout. The issue, #344, is under investigation.
Installation
The installation of IAS with the RPM triggers the installation of pyhton confluent kafka. The version of confluent kafka in ALMA 10 is 1.6.1-9 that is quite old.: we suggest to install a newer version with pip or other means (version 2.16 is currently available). We did not find any incompatibility apart in the closing of Consumers/Producers.
