fix(auth): read RABBITMQCHATBOT_USER/PASS from Infra env + auto-create identity on login

  • rabbitmq_rpc.py now checks RABBITMQCHATBOT_USER / RABBITMQCHATBOT_PASS (team-prefixed names in the shared Infra .env) — fixes /api/identify returning 500 because the chatbot was connecting as guest, which the production RabbitMQ broker rejects from non-localhost
  • /api/identify now auto-registers a user in the identity service when the email is not found (NOT_FOUND), so new users receive a master UUID on first login instead of a 404
  • docker-compose.yml overrides RABBIT_USER=guest for local dev
