Bibliography: Date shown should reflect Published Date #2345

Describe the bug
Bibliographic entries show a standardized date. However, this may not accurately reflect the date the item was published, or rather, the most accurate information we have on its publication date. For some items we just have the year or month and year. The visible publication date should reflect this.
Expected behavior
The date shown in the item and individual entry views correctly reflects the information available from Zotero. For instance, in the following image we show the award dated January 1st, 1992, but Zotero only contains the year 1992. In this case, the entries should just show the year.
The full ISO date should be kept and used for sorting, but not displayed.
