Bibliography: Expand Taxonomy to include Tags

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
We currently have authors as a taxonomy item allowing users to easily find bibliography entries from a specific author. Entries in Zotero also include a collection of tags, we should include these into the Taxonomy. This would provide another way to view the bibliographic collection.

Describe the solution you'd like
Add a new taxonomy item, tags, populate the yaml to include the list of tags from each Zotero entry.

Additional context
There would likely need to be some additional work done with the existing taxonomy display (the rightmost panel in the bibliographic entries), we would likely want to collapse taxonomy types (authors) to allow other taxonomy items to be seen and selected. If we don't, the tag items (unless they are put at the top of the window) would be lost behind all the authors.

Additionally, the tags themselves need to be cleaned up to be only the ones relevant to users, consistent UPPER/lower case spelling, singular/plural, synonyms/very-similar, etc.
This file: tagsGroup2.json has all items with any tags (only the tag, key, and title fields). These are grouped by the tag as lower case, then within each group's "tags" array, the items are grouped by tag as in Zotero. (Some have 3 capitalization variants.)
