For ADISPLAY, just added SCREENREGIONP. Fixed typos in REGIONMANAGER.TEDIT

For ADISPLAY, just added SCREENREGIONP. Fixed typos in REGIONMANAGER.TEDIT.
This should enable the old behavior of automatic split windows in GITFNS See.
