cairn-miner v0.2.7

Small follow-ups to v0.2.6:

  • Dashboard: fixed a 100% CPU spin when a value flag was passed without a
    value, corrected the refresh cadence (it refreshed at twice the interval on
    bash), blank temp/power instead of "0C 0W" when nvidia-smi reports N/A, and
    the reject rate now excludes stale shares (shown separately) so it reflects
    actual problems.
  • Startup difficulty hint: the measurement window no longer includes idle
    "waiting for first job" time, so the hint is accurate on slow-starting pools.
  • New suggest_difficulty config-file key (mirror of the CLI flag).
