Closes Dependabot advisory for phpunit/phpunit ^6.2 (CVE-2017-9841,
eval-stdin.php remote code execution). The dev-dependency constraint
is widened to ^9.5 || ^12.0 so the module advertises compatibility
with the PHPUnit lines used by current Magento releases.
Compatibility
- Tested on Magento Open Source 2.4.9 with PHP 8.4.21 and PHPUnit 12.5
- Continues to work with Magento 2.4.4–2.4.8 (PHPUnit 9.x)
