PowerSaving 18: For Power Users with More CLI Controls

Defaults for NEW installs for repeaters, room servers, companions and sensors

• powersaving on
• set radio.fem.rxgain off
• set radio.rxps balanced

Test CLIs

• PowerSaving: powersaving on, powersaving off,
• RXPS: set radio.rxps balanced, set radio.rxps off, get radio.rxps
• FEM RXGain (T096, V4.3, v4.3 R8, Tracker v2...): set radio.fem.rxgain on, set radio.fem.rxgain off, get radio.fem.rxgain off
• GPS and PowerSaving GPS: gps, gps on, gps off, gps sync

TODO:

• Check TX power for RAK 1Ws in TX and in GPS on/off
• Check to turn off FEM during poweroff for Heltec v4.3 and 4.3 R8
• Check screen not on for Tracker v2
• Add GPIO on/off/init sensors via CLI
