Added

• gat pubsub. The embedded gat translator gains a publish/subscribe
  primitive — Gateway.PubSub() with Publish / Subscribe and
  NATS-style channel patterns (* one segment, > the rest),
  best-effort buffered delivery. EnablePeerMesh(PeerMesh{Peers, Auth}) adds best-effort cross-node fanout: Publish fire-and-
  forgets the event to every peer gat over HTTP (HMAC-signed), and
  each peer fans it out local-only — one hop, no re-broadcast.
  Per-peer bounded queue + circuit breaker so a dead peer never
  stalls the publisher. RegisterHTTP / RegisterHuma mount a
  WebSocket subscribe stream at
  {prefix}/_gat/subscribe?channel=PATTERN, plus the internal
  peer-receive endpoint. EnableSubscribeAuth(secret) gates the
  subscribe endpoint behind HMAC tokens minted by
  gat.SignSubscribeToken — a key independent of the peer-mesh
  Auth. gat.Gateway gains Close(). See
