What's Changed

  • Add csv output format
  • Add extension points (see Extensions):
    • Composer plugins can register custom output formats for --format
    • Composer plugins can add URL generators for other hosting services, taking priority over the built-in ones
    • The new post-composer-diff event lets plugins or your project's composer.json scripts filter or change the reported packages and set the exit code, for example to fail CI on unwanted changes
    • Extensions can live in your own project and be installed from a path repository, without publishing a package
