The D4_Portable is an update over the original D4 Clinical pipeline made by the Tumor Genome Analysis (TGAC), Amsterdram Medical Center.
This updated pipeline does metastatic (clonal) diagnostic of multiple lung cancer lesions by the analysis of DNA copy number alteration (CNA) profiles from shallow whole-genome sequencing (sWGS), from Illumina and Ion Torrent technologies. \
This is optimized to run a pair of two samples for each run
