v1.4.3 — Stale egg-info detection + .gitignore filtering without a git repo

Added

• Stale egg-info detection — check_environment (surfaced via doctor) now flags *.egg-info directories in the project root whose PKG-INFO version differs from the installed distribution. A stale egg-info silently shadows importlib.metadata for any Python process started in the project directory, making tools report old versions and metadata.

Fixed

• .gitignore filtering now works in plain folders without a git repo. Previously the matcher only loaded from a detected project root (a .git directory), so indexing a non-git folder silently skipped .gitignore filtering. expand_paths now falls back to a matcher anchored at each indexed directory's own .gitignore when no project root exists. respect_gitignore = false disables both paths.
