Past Paper Studio — Beta 1.0

Past Paper Studio's first public beta: a desktop workspace for finding and practicing compatible past papers.

Includes Exam Mode, PDF viewing and drawing tools, a study Dashboard, saved attempts, profile personalization, static themes, five interface languages and optional AI-assisted evaluation.

Download and install

• Apple Silicon / arm64 only; macOS 26 or later. No Intel, Windows or Linux installer is included.
• Download Past.Paper.Studio.Beta.1.0-arm64.dmg, open it and drag the application into Applications.
• The app is locally ad-hoc signed, not Apple Developer ID signed or notarized. macOS may block it. Follow Apple's unidentified-developer instructions only if you trust the project: https://support.apple.com/guide/mac-help/open-a-mac-app-from-an-unidentified-developer-mh40616/mac. Do not disable Gatekeeper system-wide.
• A SHA-256 checksum is attached. Python is included in the app.

Notes

AI features need your own configured credentials and internet access. OCR models may download on first use. Interface languages do not translate examination papers. No personal settings, API keys or saved attempts are included.

The project code is GPLv3; dependencies retain their own licenses. Source and build instructions are included in this release. This is an independent educational utility with no Cambridge affiliation; examination materials remain third-party property.
