Waffles Tracker v1.3.7

For use with SMW: Spicy Mycena Waffles Archipelago Randomizer v1.3.7.

• Major overhaul of the old tracker, and implementation of almost all the new features Waffles brings.
• All settings have been moved to the Settings window which can be accessed at the top left menu bar of Poptracker.
• When connected to an Archipelago server, all settings should now sync properly (with the exception of carryless exits as that would introduce spoilers).
