• Restart to update button in Preferences → About is now actually clickable when an update is staged — clicking it relaunches Differ into the new version.
• Web deploy moved into the release pipeline. Each release is now the single source of truth: desktop bundles + Cloudflare Pages deploy fire off the same event.

First release with a working in-app updater pipeline (signed bundles + latest.json).

Highlights

• Auto-updates: Differ now polls GitHub Releases hourly and stages signed updates in the background — the new version takes effect on the next cold start.
• Check for Updates menu item under Differ on macOS, plus a button + last-checked timestamp in Preferences → About.
• macOS now ships both .app.tar.gz (used by the updater) and .dmg (for first-time install).

In-app auto-updates

Differ now checks for new releases once an hour and stages updates in the background — the new version takes effect the next time you open the app.

You can also trigger a check yourself from Differ → Check for Updates… in the macOS menu bar, or from the About tab in Preferences (which also shows when the app last checked).

This is the first release wired up to auto-update. Once you install it, future versions will download themselves — no more manual downloads.
