The default JsWidgetEngine backend (flutter_js) is JavaScriptCore on
macOS but a QuickJS plugin .so on Linux, which CI does not build — the
repro failed there at engine startup. These tests also need live network
(wttr.in), so they stay a local-macOS diagnostic.
