First public release of dsh-skill-cockpit — a Skill Cockpit panel for DeepSeek Harness (DSH).

Features

• Full view: system-level (~/.dsh/skills), project-level (read-only), and pool (~/.dsh/skill-pool) sections with bundle/flat and scope tags
• Chinese notes: one-line note per skill (local JSON), searchable — solves "installed it, forgot what it does"
• Search: filters by name / description / note
• Enable / disable / delete / import: pool ↔ enabled moves; delete limited to user-level dirs with confirmation, path-escape guards and audit log; import handles single dir / batch folder / dry-run conflict preview with kebab-case normalization
• Usage stats: host-side listener records count + last-used per skill to spot zombie skills
• Test-fire bench: local lexical top-5 scoring (name/description/note) for overlap checks before writing a new skill
• Batch management: select-all + batch enable/disable/delete (Taobao-cart style toggle)
• zh/en UI toggle: auto-detect browser language, choice persisted in localStorage
