Payloads (separate — stable)

• bfpilot.elf — file manager on :5905 only (no AppInst; loaders reject all-in-one)
• bfpilot-launcher-installer.elf — PS5 home Media tile (BFPL00001, category 65536, deeplink http://127.0.0.1:5905/)

Use: inject bfpilot.elf for the UI; inject the installer once for the Media shelf (or put a copy at /data/BFpilot/bfpilot-launcher-installer.elf so the main ELF auto-starts it).
