Native 4K HDR test build

  • Keeps 4K50/60 sources at native resolution by default.
  • Adds direct 10-bit PQ HDR10 output and native HLG-to-PQ HDR output.
  • Makes seeking and audio/subtitle changes faster and more predictable.
  • Refreshes the library and Add Media UI with graphical PlayStation controls.
  • Uses an empty 204 handoff after a successful standalone launch.

Tested on PS5 with local 4K60 VP9 PQ/HLG playback and DLNA media from UMS. HEVC and AV1 remain software-decoded, so unusually demanding files can still exceed the CPU budget.
