Unslip 0.1.2

Unslip for Windows 10 and 11. Run Unslip.exe to install it for your account (no admin password); Unslip.exe --silent installs with no windows or messages, and --uninstall --silent removes it quietly.

New in 0.1.2: starts on any Windows 10 or 11 PC. 0.1.1 needed Microsoft's Visual C++ runtime, which not every PC has.

Not code-signed yet, so Windows may warn the first time: click More info, then Run anyway.

Superseded by 0.1.2: this build needs Microsoft's Visual C++ runtime (VCRUNTIME140.dll) and won't start on a PC without it. Use 0.1.2.
