Mimir V0.1.5 - CHDMan

Added CHDMan for converting ROMs to CHD to save space. Tidied up the UI a little bit too.

Notes for CHDMan:

• Select your root ROMs folder and then the system you wish to convert. It will scan system specific folders.
• For PS2, you have the option to use either chdman's createcd (for NetherSX2) or createdvd (for ARMSX2), createdvd will not work for NetherSX2 due to it being older than createdvd
• If a matching chd already exists you can choose to overwrite it
• If you want to stop conversion you can either stop it fully or you can select "Stop after current conversion" which will finish the current task and then clear the queue
• By default the original files will not be deleted but there is a toggle if you want to.

Also, the obtainium issue should be fixed, that's my fault for setting the internal version number incorrectly.

I've also updated the README with my Ko-Fi link. This app is, and always will be, 100% free with zero ads. But if you want to chuck me a few quid for support then it's always greatly appreciated :)

Tweaked multi-disc organisation logic.

• PS2 Folder is automatically ignored (due to m3u incompatibility)
• if games are in a hidden folder (eg .hidden .multidiscs etc.) they will be ignored by default. There is an option to scan hidden folders which will include these and reorganise them to be in the system directory inside a sub folder
• if a folder as file directory already exists then it will be ignored.

Hopefully this should fix some of the issues people were having with it creating subfolders inside subfolders :)
