TeX Gyre Termes outlines and Tinos text metrics. It includes Regular, Bold,
Italic and Bold Italic.

Compatibility
Shared Unicode characters use Tinos advances and kerning for Times New Roman
text layout compatibility. Source glyphs and native features are preserved
according to the family's build policy. Additional glyphs, native feature
alternates and application rendering are outside the strict shared-character
metric guarantee. Building these fonts does not read Times New Roman.
