Made for Minecraft 1.21.5

Changed namespace from tc to turtlecraft to avoid compatibility issues
The trigger command is now /trigger TurtleCraft
Lava buckets can now be used to fuel turtles
Fixed bugs related to the new Minecraft versions
Fixed a bug that stopped turtles from using certain items
Fixed sound bug when turtles were in lava with the silent option enabled
Added an admin function to upgrade a world from the previous version
