Changes

• Removed arena_alloc feature and removed custom collections for simpler library usage;
• removed BrushUserProperties, ThingUserProperties, HardcodedThings, brush_properties, thing_properties, hardcoded_things, and MapThing. All of the functionality of these have been integrated as public fields in the HillVacuumPlugin struct;
• changed return type of Thing::new();
• properties in the properties window are now listed in alphabetical order.

• Fixed ui window not closing when text editor was being used;
• fixed broken URL in documentation.
