• Notification about the installation success

Fixed features:

• Replace installation command from apt to dpkg to prevent privileges error
• Remove old discord package before download since wget can't overwrite in the /tmp folder
• Difference between real download fail and network fail

Optimisations:

• Reduce time to close discord before the update as much as possible
• Remove the discord restart to prevent root application launch
