1.21.1 NeoForge no plugins

I have tried that...

• I am using the latest Arclight build

• I have read the FAQ and Troubleshooting, they didn't solve my issue

• I have searched existing Issues and found no duplicates

• The mods and/or plugins I use support my Minecraft version

• I have installed all required dependencies for the mods and/or plugins

• I have updated all mods and/or plugins to their latest versions

• This issue cannot be reproduced on a Spigot server
  (Mod-related issues are considered non-reproducible on Spigot)

• This issue cannot be reproduced on the Mod Loader server (Forge/NeoForge/Fabric)
  (Plugin-related issues are considered non-reproducible on mod loaders)

Uso Java 21 para la ejecución de Archlight

Issue Description

Estaba instalando el software y jamas aparecio la carpeta plugins y tampoco los permite de ninguna manera

Steps to Reproduce

1. instalar
2. No sale la carpeta plugins

Tuve el mismo problema en un servidor linux (Ubuntu)
aparentemente el target del run esta mal generado o se trata de un error ya que apunta a iniciar un servidor neoforge puro.

Lo que hice para solucionarlo fue generar un run distinto apuntando al mismo instalador

haku@server:~/servidores/proyectoEW$ cat run.sh
#!/usr/bin/env sh

java -Xms4G -Xmx16G -jar arclight-neoforge-1.21.1-1.0.1-8ec9529.jar nogui

eso genero las carpetas de los plugins y despues de agregarlos y reiniciar los cargo correctamente

That's because run.sh is build by neoforge not arclight.
It is very detailed in the document.
