Example Release for Automated Quay.io image builds

feat: finished example Dockerfile

- This includes both the Dockerfile and the required context (assets files) as a single commit and clear reference point for reproducing image builds.

- This hasn't been tagged, that part will be done via the Github website interface (but can also be achieved via the CLI using something like `git tag -a v1.0.0 -m "Initial release"`).
