Aurora v0.3

Add DoAfter functionality. Use the DoAfter command in 2 ways:

1. doafter {description} /after {index of task in the tasklist that you want to do the doafter after}
2. doafter {description} /after {date & time in dd/MM/yyyy HHmm format}
