Bug fixes
- Dormant mod presets (old death sounds, classic cursors) no longer show a
working-looking Install button that always failed with a network error:
they now appear grayed out as "soon" with an explanation, and the CLI
refuses them with a clear message. The embedded mute death sound is
unaffected
