What's Changed

• Uploads keep their original file dates. WinSCP no longer shows a timestamp error with its default settings. OpenSSH's sftp put -p is still refused, because it also asks to change permissions.
• Quick Start: the stop dialog has an Open folder button, and warns when the folder existed before Quick Start started.
• Replacing a generated key pair can no longer leave a mismatched or lost key if a write fails.
• Saving a user with a bad public key is refused, with a message naming the key, instead of dropping it silently.
• Start and Quick Start show a clear message if the server's host key cannot be created, and the buttons always come back.
• Debug log: files stop at 5 MiB, and a failed write or cleanup shows a warning. When the app starts, it deletes debug logs next to it beyond the newest 3, including ones from earlier versions.
• Hardening: the page can only reach the app functions it uses, and the app ignores remote-debugging settings.
• Public IP asks api.ipify.org, then checkip.amazonaws.com, and shows only a real public address.
• Users table keeps Edit and Delete in view with long names or folders. The update notice is centered.
• Installer: upgrading clears out old library files, and a silent uninstall (as WinGet runs it) keeps your data.
• The font license now ships with the app.
