Two ways, both end up in the same place:
- Use the support form, or
- Open an issue directly in this repository.
Every confirmed bug is tracked publicly: it appears on the status page the moment we file it, moves to In progress while we work on it, and stays listed as Fixed once the fix has shipped — so you can always see what is known and what happened to it.
- Which app and version — shown in the app's About window.
- Your OS and version — e.g. macOS 15.2 or Windows 11.
- What you did, what you expected, what happened instead.
- A screenshot, if the problem is visible.
Also welcome — open an issue and describe what you are trying to do (not just the feature you have in mind; knowing the goal lets us solve it properly).
