First public alpha of the Android (ARM64) frontend for shadPS4.

Requirements
- Android 12+ (API 31), arm64-v8a
- Working Vulkan (custom Turnip drivers can be installed in-app; not bundled)
Legal
Only use firmware, games, and content you have the right to run. Nothing of that kind is included.
Known limitations
- Early development; many titles incomplete or broken
- GitHub APK must reach GitHub Releases for the managed runtime on first launch
- Turnip drivers are installed separately after setup
