v1.1 Credential handling improved

Some improvements are made considering the credential handling.
Some of the data cubes have restricted access.
Comments and error handling were added in the new release to the Jupyter notebook and a dummy credentials.py was created.
The script can be applied now, even the unregistered user has no access to Sentinel-2 data.
