Update SaveData to Be Compatible With Pandas 3.x.x, ensuring backwards compatibility (if possible) with Pandas 2.x.x

We noted that - under Pandas 3.x.x - the SaveData function within SaveData.py outputs log files without summary statistics; Pandas 2.x.x did not have this problem.

In this issue thread, we would like to update the SaveData function to have log files that correctly output summary statistics under Pandas 3.x.x. We would like this solution, if possible, to be backwards compatible with Pandas 2.x.x.
