Esc and Tab are Concord's; the table menu is on M (SDK v0.7.0)

Esc leaves the pane and Tab moves on to the member list, as in every
Concord channel. The board claims Esc only while the help screen is open,
so Esc closes it. The table menu moved from Tab to M.

Tic-tac-toe for the terminal and Concord channels

One program: a standalone game (hotseat, three computer levels, network
play) and a Concord plugin on the SDK's table kit. In Concord the pieces
are pictures in each viewer's theme colors, moves, wins and draws have
sounds, and ? shows the rules and keys.
