Backs up every GitHub repo to a cloud folder as git bundles, and proves once a week
that one comes back.

Runs on macOS, Linux and Windows. One bash implementation, three schedulers: launchd,
systemd user timers and Task Scheduler.

Read-only against GitHub: every mirror has its push URL set to no_push. Nothing in the
cloud folder is ever deleted. The only thing removed is one restore-test folder in the
system temp directory, after a person approves it on screen.

32 checks run on six machines on every push: Ubuntu 24.04, Ubuntu 22.04, macOS 14,
macOS 15, Windows Server 2022 and Windows Server 2025.
