Build out user-facing wiki
Replace the placeholder Home page with a full end-user wiki covering
the web and mobile apps: getting started, dashboard & notifications,
households, recipes (incl. OCR import), meal planning, grocery lists,
food events & timelines, inventory/pantry, wine cellar, mobile app,
and tips/FAQ. Adds a sidebar for navigation.
