Fixed

• ATS: DLAA / DLSS now works while you drive a car. Older versions worked in the menu but did nothing in the car.
• The packaged dlaa.ini now has a plain debug = 0 line. Change the 0 to 1 to get the log file dlaa_inject.log. Before, the line had a # in front, and the log stayed off if you left it there.

Install: replace dinput8.dll in the game's bin\win_x64\ folder. Keep your own dlaa.ini if you have one.

Tested: ATS 1.61 flat, car drive. Not tested: car drive in VR.
