Learn about vigilant mode.

When WooCommerce currencies are unavailable, the currency dropdown was empty causing countries to not be saved or displayed. Added fallback currencies in both PHP and JavaScript to ensure currency options are always available.

Fixes issue where countries disappeared from regions after debug changes.
