Fix Title typo, add contributors, and correct stale package links - #28

Fix typo in Package Title (Machile → Machine). Add contributors Emily Boyer, Charmie Vang, and Alexander McKim (with ORCID) to Authors@R. Replace amRshiny references with amRviz and correct the amRdata GitHub link in README files. Update the citation text to the bioRxiv entry with DOI and add a co-first authors note.

Straightforward text edits to the DESCRIPTION and readme. Approving changes
CI fails, but that is because of the vip issue. This will be a separate PR
