🔧 Bug Fixes & Improvements

• Dynamic Model List Update: The model dropdown now automatically refreshes when API keys are added or updated in settings. No more restarting the app! (Thanks @Adniyi for PR #8)
• Background Model Fetching: Models are now fetched in a background thread, preventing UI freezes when opening settings.
• Thread Safety: Fixed a potential race condition when rapidly updating API keys.
