Koe v1.1.12 — Upload refinement controls + Android import fix

This is a quick patch over v1.1.11 for the audio upload/import release.

What changed

• Raw + refined output is now explicit.

  • Web uploads show raw transcript and refined transcript separately.
  • Desktop uploads show raw transcript and refined transcript separately.
  • Mobile imports show both raw and refined text in the completion details when refinement is enabled.

• Refinement toggles before processing.

  • Web: Refine after transcription toggle in the Upload panel.
  • Desktop: Refine after transcription toggle in the Audio File Upload section.
  • Mobile: Refine after import toggle before choosing/importing an audio file.

• Fixed Android content:// file import failures.

  • v1.1.11 could fail on Android document-picker files with FileSystemFile.copy rejected for content URIs.
  • v1.1.12 reads picker file bytes and writes them into Koe's app-local import cache before processing.

Still preserved

• Local/BYOK native processing stays direct-to-Groq for speed.
• Signed-in managed/account processing stays proxied through Koe.
• Managed provider keys are not exposed to clients.
• Managed quota gating remains server-side and fail-closed when duration cannot be derived.
