Windows Binary Release

This release includes a Windows binary executable for ChatProx, a lightweight chat proxy designed to facilitate communication between Discord and Telegram.

How to Use

  1. Download the Binary: Download the Windows binary executable (ChatProx.exe) from the release page.

  2. Place Your Configuration File: Add your config.json file in the same directory as the ChatProx.exe.

  3. Run the Binary: Double-click on ChatProx.exe to run the chat proxy. It will read the configuration from config.json and start forwarding messages between Discord and Telegram.

Configuration

The config.json file should contain the following settings:

  • DiscordChannelID: The ID of the Discord channel you want to proxy messages from.
  • TelegramChatID: The ID of the Telegram chat where messages will be forwarded to.
  • DiscordBotToken: The bot token for your Discord bot.
  • TelegramBotToken: The bot token for your Telegram bot.
  • TelegramTimeout: Timeout value for Telegram API requests (in seconds).

Ensure that you provide valid IDs and tokens in the configuration file for ChatProx to function correctly.
