Remaining Play Store checklist

Required before submission:

• Host docs/privacy-policy.html at a public URL (e.g. jtechforums.org/privacy) and enter it in Play Console
• Add ≥ 2 phone screenshots to fastlane/metadata/android/en-US/images/phoneScreenshots/
• Complete Data Safety form in Play Console
• Complete IARC content rating questionnaire in Play Console
• Create app listing in Play Console and set distribution countries

User / internal testing:

• Publish to Internal Testing track first — share with ≥ 1 tester via Play Console
• Verify push notifications, D-Pad nav, file upload/download, and boot auto-start on a real device
• Promote to Closed Testing (Alpha) before open / production rollout
