Cross-platform quick-fix release for terminal paste behavior.

• Two or more pasted text lines are shown as one atomic paste group in both normal and compact layouts.
• Windows PowerShell and Command Prompt can use Alt+V for clipboard text or images when the terminal consumes Ctrl+V itself.
• Single-line text paste, image payload handling, Native providers, Task execution, and model behavior are unchanged.
• Mac ARM64, Linux ARM64, and Windows x86_64 packages were built from the same tagged source on the Mac release host.
• Every package includes the release README, installer, Native gateway, offline E5 cache, build manifest, and internal checksums.

Windows PE/COFF and package integrity were verified on the Mac build host. Physical Windows runtime evaluation remains the explicit post-release platform gate.
