Major Function Additions

This version includes the ability to self update itself, which might require admin privileges, but otherwise works without many bugs.
This version also implements more multi-threading to improve performance
A modified tree node structure that implements the publisher as well as the app name instead of just supporting only one publisher

Minor Function Additions

This version also uses a modified batch file method to complete installations for the installer files
The update process ends by opening the newly installed application
An improved GUI experience with better loading times all around
