NID2 analysis code v1.0.0

Initial release of the analysis scripts used for the NID2 sheep reproductive trait Data Descriptor.

This release contains scripts for:

• bulk RNA-seq expression analysis;
• NID2 co-expression and enrichment analysis;
• single-cell CC1 pseudobulk analysis;
• CellChat extracellular matrix communication analysis;
• population genomic annotation;
• regulatory and protein structural analyses.

Large input datasets and intermediate result files are not included.
