Windows: run supersurfer.exe init --register, then set SuperSurfer as default under Settings → Apps → Default apps.

macOS: unzip into /Applications, then /Applications/SuperSurfer.app/Contents/MacOS/SuperSurfer register.

Linux: extract the tarball for your arch and run ./install.sh.
